Delegate Foster moves to amend the bill on page 2, section 12, line after the words “commissioner may” by inserting the following text:

“reward a retention bonus of $2000 to any individual that remains an employee for 12 consecutive months after completion of the training program;”

And,

Striking the remainder of subdivision (4).
